In a log cabin in the mountains of Lake Lure, NC and during Covid quarantine, “Coming Alive” was born. It was my birthday of July 10th, 2020, and I was hibernating in that cabin to restore, write a new album and stay safe among the existing world paradigm. Right at midnight into that next circle around the sun, I sang the first demo in my home studio loft. It's a song about renewal and freedom, liberation of the heart, creative expansion and self discovery.
